Yellow Apple?

This sweet little "apple" was hanging in the brush one day when we were out walking by the waterway. I as usual don't really know what kind of a plant this is - I am thinking it is some sort of wild crab apple. I'm hoping someone will recognize it and let me know what it is. Happy Mellow Yellow Monday :) !!

I don't know either, but it sure is cute. Got some good bokeh going on back there too - PDub would be proud. B : )

How cool, never saw one of those before, at least not in Florida. Let me know if you find out!

I think that is a crab apple because it has the same color as our crab apple here. Thanks for sharing!

Was it small like a crab apple or more like a small apple?
