Scrub Jay

This lovely guy was waiting along the trail at Shamrock Park the other day - of course we didn't have any peanuts with us but he did almost just land in B's hand when she held it up high over her head.

Great photo. Sigh... when is it going to get warm in Georgia? I am freezing.

I am the bird whisperer. No really, these birds were made so tame by people feeding them in the park that they do land right in your hand and will eat from it if there's anything there. What great shots you took!
